The Table of Radical Symbiosis
A Clay Workshop & Dinner at Moonwater Farm Saturday, June 20. 4pm–8pm
The evening begins with a hands-on Nerikomi clay workshop led by Ian, exploring a traditional Japanese pigmented clay technique where pattern and form are built directly into the body of the piece itself. Guests will shape their own vessels, later glazed and fired for collection.
Dinner follows with a seasonal meal prepared by Chef Camila, with a menu curated collaboratively by Camila and Ian, served on handmade vessels as a roundtable dialogue unfolds through the evening around creativity, land stewardship, circularity, and more sustainable ways of living together.
